Very disappointed with my Ram service at Bergeys. I was told my truck needed a new Turbo and they had to order the parts. Said it would take a week or so. Many weeks I called. Then called. Then called. I kept getting told they'd call right back, they never did. They I even drove over to see them (25 minute drive each way) and they again promised they'd let me know asap. They never did. Still waiting for them to call me back. I wish I had other options but there are none closer so I have to suffer through their terrible service

Needed a warranty airbag replacement. They had to order the part. That took about a week, then they were able to schedule me quickly, took me to work, picked me up and all is well. Very happy with the experience.
