I bought a 2003 Mercedes SL500 from the owner Daniel, who had posted it on Facebook. After gathering 3-4 different cars in Las Vegas to look at, my wife and I flew to Las Vegas to spend a day checking them out. After looking at the junkers, I found the gem I was looking for, Daniel’s car. He was out of town, so Dave S took over and helped me check out the car. I don’t think I can express enough praise for Dave’s very high level of customer service. He met me At Dan’s house and spent more than 2 hours with me looking over the car, test driving it, and even hooked up his scanner for full analysis and even a hydraulics rodeo and fluids pressure test. We negotiated a deal that included new tires, batteries, brakes, trunk struts, wiper blades, detailing, practically everything needed to bring the car up to excellent condition, and Dave spent most of Saturday at the shop coordinating these jobs. Because it was the weekend, I didn’t have bank access to get a certified check and a bank transfer wasn’t feasible, Dave waited patiently for hours while we gathered cash from ATMs and friends to close the deal. As a newer SL500 enthusiast (my 2nd one), I bombarded Dave endlessly with questions and requests for advice, and I was impressed with his mastery of the trade and willingness to share. Thanks for an awesome experience way above average for buying a nifty car. These guys are great! My only regret is that we don’t live in Las Vegas to get our car serviced at Benz-Tek.

On Christmas Eve afternoon, my car's check engine light came on, and I felt anxious since I needed to drive back to California the next day. I called several shops, but they were either closed or unable to assist. Finally, I reached out to BenzTek, and Danny, the owner, assured me they could take a look if I came in soon, as they were about to close for the holiday. I arrived shortly after, and Dave, the technician ran a diagnostic on my car and explained the issue. I truly appreciate their effort to help me when others couldn’t. Highly recommended!

Dave & Dan really helped me a lot getting my 2014 E350 Benz up and running again in a timely matter and with their knowledge and professionalism I am so grateful and thankful with their accomplishments. Recently brought my C43 AMG in for an oil change and to check out a long cranking issue. Daniel, the owner, could not have been a more pleasant and easy to talk to guy both over the phone and in person. His technician David is a solid individual as well. My only (not deal breaking) complaint is that they only accept cash, check, and debit. Being a guy who loves his credit card points, and airline miles that was a bit of a bummer but not enough to keep me away. Good businessmen deserve a good shout out! If you own a Benz and don’t want to get rxped by Fletcher Jones or MB of Henderson, Benztek Performance is the place to go! Daniel and David are like Allstate, you’re in good hands

I was looking for a shop that doesn’t take advantage of women. Someone recommended this shop for my 2017 C300. I took it in for a new battery and an oil change and paid $810.94 as shown. They replaced the battery and changed the oil but there was no fluid top off. No washer fluid and no coolant. I stopped myself from writing this review because these are things I can easily do. But!! Today (6 months later), the “new” battery died and when I took it to a Mercedes Benz shop I was told the battery is used/faulty/broken. There was no brand on it either. Truly embarrassing and as “men” you should do better. Update: I didn’t neglect my car. I go by what the car tells me I need. I didn’t drive the car enough for a year for it to need an oil change. The car is being serviced as we speak, therefore, it hasn’t been reported yet. I waited 6 months to report the issue because 1. I topped off the washer fluid and 2. I was informed coolant was never topped off and unfortunately that’s not something a customer checks as soon as they leave the shop.

Great honest shop that got my car running better than I’ve ever driven it. I appreciate their honesty and not trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs to try and make more money off of me. If you’re looking for an honest reputable shop in Las Vegas, look no further! They don’t exclusively work on Mercedes so check them out!

I took my Bentley to this shop for new batteries. The batteries that were installed did not keep the car from stalling when driven. I spent 895.00. Had to have the car towed to the shop that cost 80$. Dannie decided to do some sort of check on my car (nothing was fixed.) He charged me another 300$. I spoke with Dave, the tech at Benz Tek, about the car, and his attitude was very flippent about the situation. I decided to take my car to the Bentley car dealership. The tech at Bentley explained to me that the battery for the electrical components, that was put in by Benz Tek ,was faulty and no good. I called Dannie to let him know the findings but he argured with me about it. I had to pay for a new battery that cost me another 1365.00. I called Dannie to let him know that I would return his battery and since the battery was still under warranty that I would like a refund of 447.50. I returned the battery and a statement about the battery to Dannie. Dannie would not refund my money. I was very poorly treated(. I went to Benz Tek in good faith.) I would recommend anyone to read the reviews before u choose this Auto shop.( People don't write reviews unless something unprofessional and dishonest has happened.) I feel very taken advantage of by Benz Tek
