I originally came in just looking for a quote on new tires, and was upset about the expensive labor and repair costs the dealership quoted me for a control arm replacement. Thankfully, Sara took the time to explain everything clearly and offered me a special rate that included the control arm replacement, new tires, and alignment and to top it off, their labor cost was 30% less than what the dealership quoted me. I ended up getting all my repairs done here in one visit, and I couldn’t be happier. Heath, the manager, is incredibly friendly, understanding, and truly puts customer service first. He even went above and beyond by personally offering me a ride home in his own car — that level of care is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for honest pricing and exceptional service!

Belle Tire is the best tire shop around. They’re the only shop I allow to service my vehicles. I’ve been going to them for the past two years and never had a single issue. They treat me with respect and always assure me that my cars will be taken care of no matter what. They have the lowest tire prices guaranteed. Heath and his team have never failed me once that is why I will continue to be a Belle Tire customer.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Tire Shop I ordered all-season tires from this location, but they didn’t have them in stock. I had to make a separate trip for installation and sent my wife to handle it for me. When I returned home a few days later, I discovered they had installed summer tires instead. I went back to the store with my receipt and all the order details, but the staff insisted they had installed all-season tires. After checking online, I found that the brand they used only manufactures summer tires. To make matters worse, the store manager—who placed the order himself—was responsible for this mix-up. If the manager doesn’t know the difference between tire types, I seriously question the abilities of the rest of the staff. One employee even attempted to explain the difference between tire types but clearly lacked the knowledge to do so. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any auto service. I strongly advise others to avoid this store. They do not appear to know how to do their jobs properly.

I highly recommend Belle Tire in Plainfield IL. I just bought a new set of tires for my truck. Was an easy and great experience! Heath the store manager and Sarah the assistant store manager were both very helpful and fantastic! I definitely will be back! Great job guys!

This is my second time at this location in Plainfield and as before, I received amazing service from the staff. They fixed my tire and explained the issue thoroughly. After my vehicle was ready, I left and came back with a dozen donuts for the staff due to my appreciation of there diligent work. They were very grateful. I definitely recommend this location for all your tire service needs.
