Always call this place but this time the service was bad, was waiting outside for like 45 mnts and the driver didn’t stop or call to said he was there. Call the Base 3 Time and the person on the phone was rude, the customer is always right and the driver should call the customer to let them now there outside.

Told me it would be five minutes. Asked for an exact address even though I gave them the intersection.I had to call twice to confirm and the dispatcher had no idea where the diver was. She was nice but still didn't know. Driver at least followed my directions. I just want things to be easy. If I'd been drinking id have never got home. Love car services but this was the least helpful I've ever encountered. Avoid if possible .

They are very unprofessional and their drivers are so rude. That’s why they will never get a tip from me. I may use them once in the blue and when I do I automatically miss using Uber. At least Uber drivers are not so rude. At least fake being nice to you passengers.

Excellent Service! I've used them a few times to get to the airport. Their prices are great and the drivers are extremely polite, professional and punctual. Last night I used their service to get my parents from Brooklyn to Manhattan and the they did not disappoint. The car arrived on time and my parents said the driver waited until they got safely into the building before leaving.I highly recommend. Just wanted to add that I used Bedstar Car Services again last night to get my parents back to Manhattan from Brooklyn and they are amazing. The dispatcher was super sweet with excellent customer service and the driver was polite and even played Spanish music for them! They are honest, trustworthy and safe. Bedstar will be my go-to service from now on!!!

Drivers can cancel whenever they want leaving you co fused and probably late for wherever you had to go. In addition they hang up before you're even done talking. Go with flamingo or winthrop
