I don't do many reviews but this shop is worth the time! I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado and the timing chain broke, resulting in a pricy engine repair. Mike at the front desk was very patient, respectful and empathetic to my situation. He gave me multiple options and was willing to work with me on how to get the work done. It took quite a bit time for me to get the truck back on the road (all due to my limits) but I did and I am very pleased with the service provided. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for something that is hard to find these days, honesty and reliability in an auto shop. Give them a call and ask for Mike!

My car is running great after a brake/tire overhaul. Service was able to diagnose and operate quickly, and dealt with challenging communication/change orders gracefully. Brought car in on a Tuesday and got it back Thursday morning, allowing me a safe roadtrip on Friday. Thank you again!

I have lived in Cleveland for 3 years and this is the best mechanic I have been to! Scheduling was quick and easy and I was able to come in only a couple days after calling. The lady working the desk was so nice and down to earth it made me feel really comfortable. Their inspection was thorough and I was able to fix many issues all at an afforable price, and I am going back for a couple more issues I couldnt get done the first time. When my car was done they even pulled it up to the door because it was raining and I had my daughter with me! Great people, great work, I completely trust this company and have made them my go-to mechanic.

By far one of the best auto shops I've been to. Cindy, the lady who works the front desk, was very pleasant. She got me in and out within, say, an hour. The mechanic who worked on my car came and explained the squeaking noise and said it was nothing to worry about, and they just lubed the ball joints. I got the wheel alignment, and I was on my way. I don't reside in Ohio, but I would recommend anyone to this shop, as they have integrity, great prices, and are quick with providing the service.
