Smog and oil change early Saturday morning, friendly, informative, and smooth, less than an hour in queue. Very reasonable prices, also offer ride home. Would go back again in the future.

Coming from out of town we had a breakdown on our way to Thanksgiving at my daughters. Called Wednesday afternoon and was told to bring vehicle in Friday morning. They made a diagnosis and gave me an estimate and time to complete repairs. I rented a car and expected it would be ready by the middle of the following week. It was ready by Monday! I just completed a successful return drive home of 150 miles. Note that this happened during the Thanksgiving holiday!

This company is very professional. I work for an auto body repair company and anytime we have mechanical issues we immediately go to Bay Star Auto care. The owners are professional and I’ve never had to take a vehicle back there to have the work redone.

Bait & Switch! Mr. Singh cares little for honesty. Told me to come early so I'd be first in and then when I came, he told me I would have to wait 4 hours! Quoted me one price on phone and then when I showed, he didn't care and wanted me to do $300 worth of diagnostic test even though I had already done them elsewhere and had a copy of the assessment. The prices for hourly work, diagnostics are double other auto shops. He's also mean and raised his voice. Anger issues. Watch out! I would definitely not recommend this place.

I like taking my car for service, oil change maintenance. I went at around 4pm and I only had to wait about 40 minutes great customer service, very friendly. The price had gone up $10 since I was quoted about 2 weeks ago, from $69 to $80, that was the only thing that I was disappointed with. I already recommend them to friends and family 👍🤩 good job

Took the company truck for an oil change and was quoted 69.99 plus fees for filter and synthetic oil change. They caught that the truck was diesel, but was not told that would change the price. I’m ok with fair added cost but not more than 2x cost for diesel. I arrive to pick up my truck and was surprised with a $174 charge because my truck is diesel. I would advise to verify the accuracy of the quote before proceeding with the service.
