Dominik was very helpful on the phone and suggested a battery but when I went to the store they didn’t have and I decided to go with 48 month Warranty and more juice , he was kind enough to give me some discount. The service was excellent and all people were super nice. I highly recommend the store in Hicksville

I have a 2018 Ram 1500 and the site recommended a 12-Volt Duracell Ultra Gold SLI94RH7M car and truck battery with 790 Cold Cranking Amps (CCA). I watched Dominick at the Hicksville store quickly install it and it fit perfectly. He explained everything very clearly while installing it and even checked the original OEM battery which showed only about 47 % capacity. The old battery was even rated on the battery at less cranking amps. The new Duracell has a handle on it similar to the old OEM battery. Dominick showed me around the store and I was amazed by the range of batteries and related accessories. They even fix iPhones. In summary: Great Customer service, Great quality product, Clean store and a good price with free standard installation. Nowadays it's hard to find this combination. Great Job and good luck Dom !j

Exceptional service, friendly, informative, trustworthy. I definitely loved the local "Mom and Pop" feel of the store and service. I will use again instead of the big battery stores especially for my auto needs.

From the moment Dominic picked up the phone I knew this was a professional and friendly place that would get the job done. Needed a replacement key fob for my Hyundai. Dominic took care of me from the moment he picked up the phone to the moment he handed me my new working key fob. Got me an original replacement, not an aftermarket version, at a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge me. No attitudes like the dealership. Just great friendly confident knowledgeable service. Dealerships are overpriced and have attitudes. Locksmiths also overcharge and are thieves. This place is honest and high-tech with all the latest equipment and knowledge to get the job done right.
