Great service. The young man who helped me was great. They had everything I needed in stock. From two batteries for a Volvo loader and one for my golf, ranger finder. Boom!

Went in a few weeks ago because my Jeep kept alerting me that my Key Fob battery was low but I had no idea what I was looking for. The guy at the counter was very helpful and showed me how to replace them and also said he would be happy to replace them if we didn’t want to do it ourselves. I really appreciated his help!

Kaleb was so helpful with getting our warranty replacement handled. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he is such an intelligent young man. The store had the battery in stock for a painless experience, and we definitely recommend this business to everyone.

14 day return window when everyone everywhere is 30 ... returning unused overpriced 12 volt battery and charger and no leniency only a few days past return period. Never again shopping local with these stingy folks. Amazon, love it / hate it, has better prices and better return policies which is why they are eating local retail. ... edit ... two weeks out, emailed them, no response. The market is yours Amazon, do what thou wilt 🤷‍♂️

You never know what you're going to get in the world of tech, but the staff at Batteries plus is honest, hardworking, and extremely helpful. I never thought I'd write a review for a battery place but I have been so impressed each time I come in. Definitely the best place to go for a phone repair!
