Bought a truck almost 2 weeks ago from the used lot, love the truck, Dave was my salesman and he was great. He made it happen for everything I wanted from payments to interest. He even made sure to get me in the shop when I noticed a few issues with the truck after driving it a few days. Had it in the shop today and i was told the front tires are shredded and George the manager at the used sales lot is refusing to replace them. I was told they did the bare state minimum for the tires but the requirements are the tires need to be in good condition and shredded tires do not meet that requirement. I am very disappointed in the service and the scamming that Mr George the manager from basils used lot is doing to his customers. Their whole sale is all about making customers happy so they continue to come back to basil yet there refusing to fix things on a vehicle that was purchased and made aware of the issues before I signed. Mr Basil got wind of the tires being shredded and had new tires ordered for me and they will call me when they come in. Thank you Mr Basil for taking care of your customers
