I dropped my car and dropped my keys in the drop box - and they were able to get my car in the next day, identified the issue quickly and replaced it for a good price. Next day she was running. I really appreciate the fast, to the point service! The mechanic communicated well and I will definitely return in the future :)

Was doing decent work for about a year. Then all of a sudden everyone turned cold towards me as if they were angry at me for not wanting to be ripped off just avoid this place. Wendy the service receptionist was great at first last time I was there she spoke to everyone in the waiting room and acted as I didn't exist. After all of this I still wasn't going to leave a review until today after bringing the car in again for a problem that wasn't fixed last month when I had it there they found the issue today but wanted to overcharge (as most dealers do). So when I said couldn't afford that much i was told ok just pay 179 for diagnosis no sir you had it here a money ago when the diagnosis was covered you didn't find the problem. So I was told by Rex (the service advisor) to not come back. OK fine by me. Nickel and dime me because your technician failed to find the issue is crazy.

Honestly I'll never buy another new vehicle from betten ever again. They have no honor or integrity here. We brought our truck here over and over for warranty issues which their technician poorly diagnosed and charged us for random things and fees all because my wife brought it in each time. They kept saying it was all these small sensors all over the truck after 12 months of us telling them it was in the transmission not once did they look at it or listen until our warranty was up and then said oh hey you need a transmission. Horrible to deal with and extremely disrespectful to women there. End of day I'll never buy a thing from them again. It was better when it was whittenbach
