So happy with my experience here! Got my sunroof replaced the same day the glass came into the shop. The owner and employees are so nice. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone and will be back if I need anything fixed!

Great shop! Had to replace cracked windshield. Searched for highest rated auto glass near me in Google maps. Submitted claim to insurance and they gave me a list to select from and Baker was #4. Claim submitted then Baker called me the next morning, setup a same day appointment and I had a new windshield within several hours. Very quick and easy. Also gave me a 19oz can of Baker Auto glass cleaner! Great little shop…I highly recommend! I never got to see the sweet beard on the can, but they still get 5 stars.

Scheduled an appointment and gave the lady my VIN number as well as let her know the make, model and which window needed replaced. After arriving and sitting for an hour, I was told they couldn’t replace my glass because I told them the wrong model car (mind you I gave the lady my VIN,). I quickly corrected her and she ran the VIN in front of me and it came back as EXACTLY what I originally told her.She then said the company sent them the wrong glass, and I was told they could not get a replacement glass that day but would let me know as soon as they could get the correct glass. It’s been two weeks and still no call back.. The gentlemen there was kind, apologetic, and crash wrapped my busted window, however, the woman working was more than willing to place blame on the customer and the vendor rather than admit she ordered the wrong glass in the first place. Very poor customer service. On another note, thanks to Safelite for coming to my home, replacing the glass and charging less than the local company.
