Status was provided on going and it was nice to have a shuttle available to go to lunch while I waited especially since both waiting rooms were full. The only thing that wasn’t done that was pointed out was the cap on one tire stem was missing. It was assumed the tech would have handled when tire pressure was checked. When I pointed it out to the service manager he immediately took care of it. But I shouldn’t have to ask 3 times.

Noah (service assistant) was able to arrange my service appointment to best utilize the complimentary services you get when buying a new car at Baierl Toyota. They were still very quick with the service even though they increased the scope of work. They also had kept a fairly good tire from my last visit when I go new tires but had no room in the vehicle to take the one good tire home for a spare.

My car was in recently, primarily for an oil change & some general "look-sees" they routinely do to see if something looks wrong. Later that day when I started the car, I got the "needs maintenance" notice that begin to appear prior to reaching multiples of 5,000 miles, even though I was just there & the car had like 30,300 by then. The next day I received a satisfaction survey from the dealership about my visit. So I told them that they failed to re-set the "needs maintenance" notification timer. I believe a day or two later I received an e-mail apologizing for that oversight & that I should contact the Service Manager. I did so today & she was able to walk me through the re-set procedure over the phone, saving me a trip there. So, it's fine now & I applaud them for reading my comments & prompt, sincere response.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation, discovered inspection was up. Had to go online to get copy of current registration, which service rep Lonnie printed out for me. He was helpful and attentive throughout my time there. Great service and people.

Noah is amazing! He’s very professional, friendly, a delight to work with and a beautiful person inside & out. Every time I come in for service everyone is incredible and treats me like family, and the wait is never long. I love having text message updates with a multipoint inspection and video at the end. I look forward to future appointments at the service center
