We have a Class A DP. Needed new awning toppers and stumbled upon Dustin with BackRoad Mobile RV. Wow, am I so glad I did. We spoke on the phone on a Friday evening, got an estimate, had everything installed by Thursday. AND HE CAME TO MY HOUSE IN INDIANA! He is very knowledgeable about his skill and didn’t even get annoyed that I asked a gazillion and five questions!! He even took the time to address and explain few other things for me as well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a mobile RV repair. As a matter of fact, he’s coming back to work out a few other kinks for us! Thank you Dustin!

We contacted BackRoad for an electrical problem with our 2024 Sabre. Dustin was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, efficient and friendly. We were comfortable with the work he performed. His cost was reasonable. We definitely recommend this business.

Amazing Service!!! Pricing Estimate was fair (and I had to pay for it, as Insurance would not cover the broken awning arms). Work was completed on time and lower than the estimate. Easy to work with and communication was great throughout. I would recommend to anyone in the Western KY region.

I called Backroad Mobile repair out for a leaking hot water heater and an AC that was freezing up. Dustin was able to work with my extended warranty company to get us a brand new AC unit and an upgraded tankless water heater! He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. The repairs are better quality than the factory and we appreciate how fast he was able to complete the job, as we had the repairs completed in under a week. We have had a couple small things arise since the repairs and the continued service and going above and beyond is a few and far between these days! A+++

This guy is a rip off and I wouldn’t recommend him for the dog catcher of the year. He charged me $164.00 just to look, calculate and give me an estimate of 11,291.00. He told me my camper was totaled. He doesn’t tell you right off what he charges you. I’m on disability, taking care of my 81 year old disabled grandma and she is the one who owns everything, not me. I have two guys working on my camper right now and they said it’s not totaled and only charging me $1,384. We paid for the work ourselves and I’m telling the truth. I guess if he thinks it’s an insurance claim he can rip you off. I had other estimates and it was not even close to this guy and one place was free to give estimate and another was 50.00. Where did $164.00 come from when I just wanted an estimate and hadn’t hired you?
