Firstly, I don’t often write reviews unless the service was excellent, and or disastrous. But I will say this when I take the time to write one I’m going to make sure all who read it know the company I’m reviewing. I’m giving 5 stars to this body shop because they went above and beyond for someone they didn’t even know. The Story: I had a 23 LT1 Camaro still under 11k miles at the time, and is my first new car purchase ever. I needed someone who understands that the working class men & women who aren't rich by no means, but work for what they’ve got want to have nice things too. After meeting David and his crew I felt right at home. I brought the car in for paint touch up, and minor paint repairs from a Semi truck that had an unsecured load fly off, and thus scratched my car’s bumper a little bit on the interstate one day. The good: David and his crew had my car in and out in under a month. They took on my Car the day I brought it to them. I asked around who would be the best body shop for my high end car to be repaired correctly, and all the local folks I asked mentioned this shop! They spent more time waiting on insurance than it took for them to actually do the work that they already had completed. which again shows how quick they were to get on it. 10/10 for service and 10/10 on speed of getting the job done, oh and the staff is super friendly. The Great: They kept up with me from start to finish and worked with me on things I needed adjusted later on, and some minor things that needed touched up at no extra cost! For someone who stands by their work, they got my business! and I will continue to support these fine men at Backfisch LLC! The bad & Ugly:(jokingly) There isn’t none! Even when I had my doubts, or had bad run-ins with other body shops in the past.. I made one phone call after my repairs were done, and David made sure I was happy and everything was correct the way I wanted it! He refused to leave it be until he made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. It’s rare for someone to stand by their work, it’s even more rare for someone to take time out of their busy day, or stop everyting they’re doing just to answer to me and assist me. The End: I can’t say one bad thing about this body shop because there isn’t anything bad to say! There are few people who stand by their work these days, but these men are those type! Take it from me I trusted them and they’re the only folks who have touched my car besides the dealership. (They have also done work on my mother’s Honda Pilot in the past and still to this day it is running like new. They rebuild the whole front end, parts and all, after a deer ran out in the road causing the front end collision to her Honda. These folks are very fair & affordable for the amount of work they do!)

We left our car at Backfisch June 3rd 2024 for a complete paint color change from blue to black. We finally got a call it was ready almost 3 months later and when we got there, the car was Still BLUE! When we asked the owner what happened he acted like that's what we asked for at first. But he finally admitted he remembered that the car was supposed to be painted black. He handed me a bill for $5100!! For the same color paint and 3 months of not having a vehicle. I have never had such an experience and a lack of responsibility from a business in my life. My wife was in tears and the owner acted like it was no big deal, just kept saying sorry. No resolution or offer to correct his mistake, just pay and accept what he did, or rather did not do.
