I was introduced to Moe by a colleague, and would absolutely pass on the recommendation. Timely work, great communication, no up-selling whatsoever, and great prices. Called Moe to get a quote on some clutch replacement work. Was able to get the car in the same day - Moe lives close to his shop, and came in on a Saturday so we could take the car in. Quick inspection validates the need for clutch repair, but nothing further could be determined without dropping the transmission, as is normal. Work was completed 2-3 days later, much sooner than the anticipated week long, at the agreed upon quote. Not a penny more, not a penny less. For reference, dealership quoted 3x the price of what Moe charged for the clutch replacement job, and tried to upsell on other services that were not needed! Dealership also charges 2x for oil changes, and also tried to charge $260 for diagnostics. Moe did not try charging any of these. I also got a look over from Moe on the car for some expert opinion on body work. Moe listened to my concerns and thoughts, and actually recommended not to pursue body work, given that the dent is not that evident. I would trust Moe with any future work on my car in the future, starting with oil changes and anything beyond. P.S. parking is a bit tight, you can stop in front of the shop or park on the street

I am in utter disbelief. I dropped off my beloved BMW M3 to get a brake light error and some squealing near the engine checked out. When I came to pick it up the next day, I discovered a massive scratch on my hood. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he said he would cover the cost of the repair to make it right. So I took the car to a (reputable) body shop to see what my options were. They were generous enough to try polishing it out at no cost. Unfortunately the scratches were too deep and I was told my only option to completely get rid of the scratches was to repaint the whole hood. When I went back to Babylon Auto, the owner then offered to take my car to a nearby shop to get the scratches polished out. I asked him how that would help when I had literally just gotten back from a shop that had tried just that. He refused to pay for a paint job. When I explained to him how this was unfair to me as a customer to come in with a perfectly good hood and leave with a messed up one and that I'd be leaving an (honest) review of what transpired, he pointed at the sky and yelled at me something about being "unfair to him and unfair to God" for "threatening him". I came in with some minor issues and left with a jacked up hood. Beware.

Mo was really helpful in fixing the plastic cover under my car! It needed to be replaced, and the staff got it done very quickly. Mo helped source a less expensive replacement for me that he picked up himself the day of. Overall, going here for my auto needs was worth it and made my life so much easier. Quick, affordable, good quality, and friendly staff :) would recommend

Mo is truly a life saver. I am a college student at Santa Clara University and need my car to get to school as well as get groceries. One day however my car broke down while I was driving to school. Luckily this place is so close so I took it to Mo and he quickly took care of my problem. Extremely friendly and generous in terms of pricing.
