Had two different appointments within the same month, both for different damages done on my vehicle. Everyone was very nice both times. I trust them and the work is efficient. They even waited after closing time to make sure I could get my vehicle back since I was catching rides. I appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy.

Very friendly, courteous, and professional people. It was convenient. They worked close with the insurance company. The rental was picked up there. The repairs were done good and done days earlier than expected. They also cleaned up the inside of my car. Yes I recommend them.

Overall, a top-notch job. Customer service via Dianna, Tim & Neal, and quality of repair was excellent. The only shortcoming was that the repair, during the holidays, took longer than originally forecast. I recommend B Street Collision Service.

So people will know B Street Collision, is excellent. They keep you posted on everything. The cost what your insurance will pay. There's no hidden fees. No disepsion. Very honest no tricks no scheming. They walk you through what's wrong in the beginning and will walk you through what was done in the end. They even detailed my car in the end. The car is old and I'm old There's no way I could get a job and purchase a new car. The car looks,and sounds great. They worked hard so my car would not be a total loss. You can trust them they will not scam or take advantage of you. They have integrity and are honest.

Great but expensive work. No complaints other than pricing. If the person's insurance who hit me hadn't covered it body work never would have gotten done. Otherwise impeccable customer service. They updated me multiple times a week and got my vehicle back to me before the estimated date.
