Love love love these people! Miranda and Mike are the best providers I have used in the Carolina’s period. They are friendly, efficient and easily the most affordable provider in the area. They have moved many cars (impound or dealer) for me and always got it done with ease and great communication. Whether it’s roadside or towing, you are in great hands with these folks :)

I used B&M Auto & Towing to tow my vehicle from Anderson Ford SC Dealership to Sanders Auto & Truck in Wesminster SC. I towed it to Ford after car went dead on trip to Anderson SC. After 7 days Ford informed me that the car was too old to find parts & they did not install after market parts. Didn't make sense for them to do diagnostics (200.00), when they couldn't install parts. They suggested older cars be towed to Sanders Automotive in Westminster SC. Ben towed the car in less than an hour to its destination - ETA was 2hrs. In addition I need to address the skills exhibited by Ben and his professionalism. When Ben reached the dealership he immediately spotted the problem related to starting my 2000 Mustang GT - he noted that the painted terminals were not conducting electricity properly, and the AGM battery was a problem. He bypassed the terminals and the car started right up and was running fine. He called me and let me know the car was fine & started right up, and offered solutions - get a Gold Series battery & lead battery clamps, and I was good to go - no need to take it to Sanders. I told him there was additional work I arranged with Sanders, so the tow was needed. Several of the so-called Ford Techs came out amazed at how he started the car. Of course he educated them technically. On top of that, he is a Mustang genius, and owns a 1995 Cobra. If you are in the area this is the guy you want to tow you if you are stranded on the road. He will look for solutions first. I highly recommend Ben's company.

Mike and Miranda are AMAZING!!!!! Literally Heaven sent! I thought I would need a tow to my repair shop, but literally Mike showed up, and changed the battery. Also, he was super reasonable in his labor cost, AND he gave me some pointers. I have added them to my family, because they showed up like family. Thank YOU Mike and Miranda.

This is, I kid you not, the best towing experience I’ve had. Normally any car problems automatically put you in a stressed mood. And then most times you have to deal with a lot of abrasive and rude people. But for this towing company, they were so kind. They were accommodating and very personable. Miranda and Mike seem like very great people and they deserve any business they get. They will now be my go-to recommendation for towing needs.
