Mr. Barry and his team are the BEST! He made the whole process really easy for me (from contacting my car insurance company to arrange things with them to get me through rent a car). His job is impeccable and my car looks amazing after being fixed at his auto body shop after an accident. He is very efficient, professional, honest, responsive and kind! I am so happy I got my car repaired with him. I can’t recommend him enough. Simply the best!

What can I say about Barry and B&B Auto Body? He gave me an honest quote, and saved me 40%+ (seriously) over two other highly rated auto body shops in town. The work got done when he said it would, and the quality is excellent.

I've lived in Norwalk, CT for 25 years and have experienced the different local businesses with mixed results and emotions. B & B Auto Body through Barry, the owner, has been one of the best and most consistent of all my automotive business related experiences in all these years. I always recommend them to anyone I know who has been involved in an accident or other related problems involving their vehicles. As a business owner I find Barry to be better than responsible, he's consistently honest and forthright, he is beyond fair and his customer service is extremely good with a great touch of casual confidence. In short you come to trust him and his excellent shop. Do whatever comparison shopping you need to do but you'll find yourself coming back to B & B because they are consistently right, knowledgeable, and will always exceed your expectations.

The personal attention given by the owner himself (Barry) was immeasurable to any other!! The work was impeccable which I had no doubt it would be HOWEVER I had no idea the amount of work that is involved with damage from a vehicle accident and dealing with the insurance companies!! If it wasn't for the tenacity of Barry who worked tirelessly on this, I wouldn't have my only vehicle looking brand new and properly paid for by the insurance company!! Thank you to everyone at B&B, and of course Barry for going above and beyond expectations!!

Unfortunately I've needed to use B&B Auto Repair a few times over the years but I always choose to come back because I find Barry's integrity, work ethic and honesty in this type of business extremely rare. He is very fair, prices are reasonable and consistent whether you go through insurance or not and he will always give you an estimate and let you know all of the best possible options such as whether or not you can get a lower rate quote using aftermarket parts or choosing authentic manufacturers parts and when it's best to do so or not. The work both John & Barry does on your car exceeds your expectations and your car will look like no accident has ever occurred. These are stand up guys and it's a great place to go if you are looking for that level of hard work and integrity.
