The multi-point vehicle inspection went super well. They did a really thorough job and gave me a rundown of everything they found. very insightful and super knowledgeable guys. asked them tons of questions afterwards and they answered them all!

I had an appointment for 10:00 am, not a Walk-in. I had an oil change/tire rotation. It took them three hours to complete the job. In addition one of the front desk personnel completely ignored me as if I was painted on the wall, did not get his name, however, he was a tall white heavy set Spanish speaking person. I am very appreciative of the other employee at the desk who acknowledged me and apologized for the other person's behavior. Kudos for you! This service took longer than when I went to them to lease my car. Let me point out that I observed a lot of hanging out. This particular employee, could be a mechanic, was eating Popeyes at the counter where customers are received. Very inappropriate. I was not the only customer asking about the waiting time. Axis, please get your act together.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December with a signed agreement that the dashboard would be replaced. Months later, that promise still hasn’t been fulfilled. Harut the manager later suggested taking the car to an upholstery shop instead of replacing the dashboard. I brought the car in as instructed, but in March, the repair location told Harut they couldn’t fix it. Since then, there’s been no solution. The vehicle also had multiple issues immediately after purchase, including a check engine light the next day and an oil leak that wasn’t fixed until February. I’ve called the dealership multiple times and was told someone would get back to me—but no one ever does. I even emailed the owner George directly and still haven’t received a response. This dealership does not honor its written agreements or communicate with its customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Axis Chevrolet. I received emails from Carfax indicating that my car had been sold, but I still possess the title and never authorized the sale. Despite numerous phone calls, I was unable to get a resolution. I spoke to Shantee on three separate occasions, and she informed me that Ken, the sales representative, had retired and that Stan would be contacting me. However, I never received a callback. I called again on 4-1-25 and was told that Stan would call me back after speaking with the warranty department. Unfortunately, I did not receive a callback before the end of the day. I called again on Wednesday morning, 4-2-25, and spoke to Shantee, who stated that she would have Stan call me back. Instead, I received a call from Edward, who questioned the location of my car. I confirmed that it was at Axis Chevrolet in Jersey City, and he stated that he would investigate and call me back before the end of the day. As of 7:45 pm on 4-2-25, I have not received a callback. AS OF TODAY, APRIL 3, 2025 Stan nor Edward have returned my call from Axis Chevrolet in Jersey City. However, I did receive a call from a sales rep named Larry who stated he received an email about me purchasing a new vehicle. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH AXIS CHEVROLET IN JERSEY CITY 682 GARFIELD AVE, JERSEY CITY, NJ. I WILL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS ILLEGAL SALE. SORRY FOR THE DELAY.. I am providing an update to my previous posts, having recently celebrated my husband's birthday. George, the owner of Axis Chevrolet, displayed exceptional kindness throughout our interaction. He contacted me to inform me that my vehicle had not been sold and to coordinate a pickup date. We confirmed the details for Monday, April 7, 2025, and he shared his cell number for any future concerns. The staff at Axis Chevrolet showroom were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, my positive experience with George was a result of a prior disappointing encounter with a long-established location. WAY TO GO GEORGE G. GOD BLESS YOU AND AGAIN THANK YOU!
