I highly recommend having your car repaired at AW Collision, if you want it done the right way! I’ve had the pleasure of working with AW Collision at the San Jose location on two separate occasions after having been in 2 different accidents, and I cannot recommend them enough. Both times, they repaired my car to perfection—it looked flawless when I got it back, like nothing had ever happened! I also worked with the same estimator, Shaw Christie, both times. He made the process a lot easier and way less stressful. He's excellent at communication, keeping me updated every step of the way with the status of my car. I never felt out of the loop or left wondering what was happening. Also, when the insurance company was reluctant to pay for particular parts or tried lowballing the estimate, Shaw Christie went above and beyond, fighting to ensure my vehicle got the repairs needed with OEM parts. It’s rare to find a repair shop that genuinely cares about their clients’ best interests, and Aw collision truly delivered. This is my 3rd time coming to AW Collision and I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Aaron. He’s been very attentive and made my experience here seamless. I would definitely recommend coming here and working with Aaron he’s been amazing every time and I’ve received the best service. Although my car has unfortunately been in various collisions, when I bring it here and get it fixed it always comes back good as new.

This is my 2nd car repaired by AW Collision! I have a very difficult matte paint that I needed matched and their paint team matched it perfectly! Couldn’t be happier with the communication and services they delivered. It was a small scratch but they fixed it with no problem.

Dealing with car repairs after an accident can be stressful, but AW Collision made the entire process incredibly easy. My BMW dealer recommended them for body work, and I'm so grateful they did. My car's spoiler was damaged, and AW Collision handled everything seamlessly. The online inspection and scheduling were quick and convenient, they kept me informed throughout the repair, and they even managed the communication with my insurance company. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new and was even detailed! AW Collision truly provided a hassle-free experience and I highly recommend them.

I was in a hit and run accident in my mustang and wasn’t sure which body shop to go with. After doing some research I came across AW Collision. I spoke with Miguel Martin and he explained to me all the certifications that the shop has. If the local Porsche, BMW and Audi dealership trusted them with their brand new cars, I knew they had to be good at what they do. They were very friendly and professional on top of being as helpful as possible. The whole process went smoothly they even got me an Uber ride home after I dropped off my Mustang. They helped me throughout the whole process even calling my insurance to see about them approving the estimate. When I got my car back it was better than I bought it all the body panels lined up perfectly and paint like glass. I don’t see myself dealing with any other body shop after seeing what AW is capable of!

Miguel provided outstanding service on my BMW X2 this week. Although it was a minor repair, it was completed on time with superior workmanship. I had a great experience at AW collision, which is recommended by Honda dealership. Shaw helped service my car which needs windshield and hood replacement. The fix was done in fast, in 1 week I was able to get my care before heading for vacation. Shaw is also diligent in updating me on status every 2 days. So I had a great experience here.

Had a fantastic experience getting my 2018 911 repaired at AW Collision. The team was extremely professional and communicative, and took pride in their work AW Collision is Porsche certified, which was exactly what I was looking for. This means they’ll do things the right way, and will advocate for you as a customer when there are disagreements with insurance AW’s attention to detail in everything they did was very refreshing, and much appreciated. My repairs came out flawless, and I have a good eye for detail I would not hesitate to take your car to AW for repairs. Special shout out to Shaw, Stevie, and Nathan. My 2024 Honda civic type R had a small scratch in the rear bumper Nayibe help me out she was so nice was very helpful answer all my question always updated me 5 stars highly recommend this place and ask for Nayibe my car came out really good like nothing ever happened!
