AW Collision of Las Vegas

Several weeks ago, while we were on vacation, our home was burglarized and our Jeep Rubicon was stolen. When the Jeep was recovered by LVMPD, it had sustained significant damage and was no longer drivable. Unsure of how to proceed, we reached out to the dealership where we had purchased the Jeep, and they highly recommended AW Collision. From the very first call, the owner, Ryan, put us at ease and arranged for the Jeep to be towed to their location right away. At AW Collision, we met Tom, their adjuster, who took the time to carefully assess the vehicle with us, ensuring we fully understood the extent of the damage. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. When our insurance company initially provided an incomplete and unrealistic estimate for repairs, Tom and the team at AW Collision stepped up to help. Tom assisted us in documenting the damage thoroughly, taking detailed photos, and advocating on our behalf to have the vehicle totaled. Thanks in large part to their expertise and persistence, the Jeep was declared a total loss, and we received a fair settlement from our insurance company. What could have been a prolonged and stressful ordeal was resolved quickly and professionally, thanks to the thoughtfulness, integrity, and responsiveness of Ryan and Tom. We cannot recommend AW Collision enough—they turned a difficult situation into a manageable and fair outcome. !! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES !! My mom took her car here to get repairs done and she left some items in car a couple of sunglasses, crystal rosery, charger, phone holder, and lotions. By the time she got her car back all her stuff was gone when she asked about it they said "the cameras didn't see anything" but the paid her out for her "lost" items. That tells me they know who did it and they don't want to give her the items back. People should be able to leave their stuff in their cars without the worry about their stuff getting stolen. This business is suppose to be professional. They were recommended to my mom by her dealership. Also she was charged for a rim replacement and they just replaced it with the one the spare tire had on. Please be aware.

I am VERY pleased with ALL aspects of the repair. Even though the repair took a little longer than BOTH Kyle and I expected it would, the end result of the repair was FANTASTIC. The length of repair was increased by the fact of a few reasons OUT of AW Collision AND Kyle's control such as: 1 - The insurance adjuster's availability - he was UNUSUALLY VERY busy at this time of repair - to get to AW Collision to perform the estimate so that AW Collision could progress with the repair 2 - Some parts needed for the repair were sent that were incorrect AND took longer than expected due to the HOLIDAY RUSH 3 - THREE MAJOR holidays were observed during this time of repair - Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years so that definitely had an impact in PARTS delivery AND AW Collision's technician's labor time. I told Kyle due to HIS and AW Collision's technician's PROFESSIONALISM and EXPERTISE and "ARTISTIC TALENT", as well as AW Collision being a LARGE, WELL RESPECTED company with a FANTASTIC WARRANTY - if needed in the future - I will "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" AW Collision to anybody I come in contact with that may need any collision and/or body repair in general for their vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about AW Collision! I recently took my car here after an accident, and Shawn, the owner, was seriously incredible. Right from the start, he made the whole process so much easier – he explained every step in detail, helped me arrange a rental, and even worked with my insurance to smooth things over. It was clear he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they feel looked after. The team did an amazing job assessing the damage to my car, ensuring I wasn’t stuck with any issues that weren’t fully addressed. I’d highly recommend Shawn and AW Collision. They made a stressful situation so much better.

I can’t say enough about Shawn and his team at AW Collision. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and they were able to get everything done on the car, including replacing the windows the trim, and also tinting the new windows all in one day! They did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them. Also, I want to say their entire staff was fabulous, and this included their receptionist, unfortunately I was not able to get her name! But the entire staff was so friendly and helpful! Definitely go and check them out if you have any issues or need repairs on your vehicle! Thank you again Shawn!!

This body shop really lives up to it's rating. Tom assisted me with my claim, he was very helpful and thorough, it's the only bodyshop I trust now. They serviced my genesis gv80 and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing, 10/10 recommend and great pricing! Took my car to get my bumper fixed and Che was very kind in helping me out! He did a fantastic job and it was super quick too. Will definitely be coming back for any future repairs!
