Joe and Travis were extremely helpful. We were traveling back down from the holidays when the car started shaking. We went to this autozone and they both went above and beyond to make sure we were back on our way. They even allowed us to borrow their tools instead of forcing us to purchase tools like other places may have. We still bought some anyways so we have the materials if something happens again. We’re not West Virginia natives but I would come back here in a heart beat if I was having car problems. Thank you guys!

10 starts if I could! Joe and David went above and beyond! I am from SC and was headed to NY for work when my car started running hot around 5 and I walked to AutoZone to get my parts, they gave me a ride back to my car(above and beyond) and then found someone(Alan hoover) to work on my car for me the same day bc all the places around here were booked! 😭 Turns out Alan hoover also used to work for AutoZone! He had my whole car tore apart and back together in around 3 hours!! Let me tell you these gentlemen were SO kind and helpful! Hands down THE BEST service I have ever had! Appreciate you all so very much, y'all have no idea!! When I tell y'all I was sooo stressed but Now it's the morning and I'm back on the road like it never happened! God bless each and every one of you! I'll forever remember you guys!! 💚

We had to stop here for a serpentine belt, ours shredded on the way to Tennessee from Ohio. We were lost, and Stressed out because we were a long ways away from home! I will say these were the friendliest guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, when it comes to auto parts. A customer in the parking lot helped us change the belt, i wish i knew his name, but if your reading this sir, we appreciated it more than you’ll ever know, thank you again. Overall, this town had some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and the guys at this auto zone were awesome, i would 1000/1000 recommend! Thanks again to all of you!

"Super Dave" I am a traveling eye doctor that drives over 1500 miles a week! My BMW X5 over heated and I was stuck & out of luck. I was able to prevent damaging the engine by very slowly and meticulously maneuvering the vehicle into this AutoZone parking lot. God's Grace led me to Dave who works at this location. A very calm, cool, and collected fella from the onset he candidly insisted that there isn't any actual mechanical failure with my vehicle. Unfortunately, to my dismay my car's engine remained overheated. He didn't get frustrated and continued to work with me off and on for hours as I advised him that I need to find other means of transportation. Without hesitation, he arranged a rental car, while we were waiting, he recommended local mechanic literally right down the street. The mechanic was able to tighten a couple of loose ends and my car finally cooled down (me too), and VOILA I was back on the road and able to attend to my patients 450 miles away. Dave accomplished all of this out of the kindness of his heart. God Bless :)
