I was in your location at Ray and McClintock in Chandler. I received excellent customer service from your representative and manager, August. I spent less than $10. That was because he gave me an honest assessment to my needs. He solved the problem quickly and did not oversell. It is his service and quick response most all are looking for at any store, but especially a car parts store. I know I will be back, and have confidence in this stores answers to my automotive needs.

My battery failed the test when I got an oil changed so I stopped at Auto Zone tonight to have to checked. Sure enough, it was bad. Luckily it was still under warranty and so I was able to get it changed out. Brandon helped me with that and did a wonderful job! Mike was also very helpful. They checked my lights and helped change out my wiper blades. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. Thanks you guys for the help!

Went to Auto Zone bought some fix a flat didn't work so Tyler the assistant store manager changed my tire for me. He was awesome. I appreciate what he did for me great customer service!

Worst ever experience. Had to replace a less than 2-year old battery that Autuzone put in, only to have the battery light come on afterwards. Was told the alternator was bad, and that it needed to be replaced within 3 days. Took the car to a shop, they inspected and told me the alternator was fine, and it turned out that the store associate just did not put the battery sensor cable back after replacement. Got charged $100 labor by the car shop which the Autozone associate refused to acknowledge or reimburse.

Came in around close with a headlight issue, they had my headlight in Stock, and one of the technicians, Ike, was able to help me install it. Very helpful service after a long day of work and dreading having to do this after. Would definitely recommend this location.
