He went looking for it and came back saying that that's something they don't even sell here; I asked him to see if he could call other stores for availability, and he said that I didn't want to do it and practically showed me the way out.

Cynthia. Was not knowledgeable in her field. She was really disrespectful tapping her finger and rushing us. I called to get my part she stated they didn’t have it. Even tho I had called 1 hour before coming here. Poor customer service

I had an emergency am I contacted information in settings auto zone closes at 10:00 p.m. so I knew I had time to get there before 10:00 p.m. I got there at 9: 40 pm 20 minutes before closing But when I got there the stowes already close they were mopping up cleaning the store I asked security was going on doesn't close to 10 he said yes but they're cleaning up show that close now I don't understand how they works if a store post it closes at 10 then the door should remain open until 10:00 p.m. I will never ever go to the store again and I would advise you not to as well And it might be some racism going on a the guy wouldn't open the door to talk to me but another individual comes up the same nationality any he opens the door and talk to him ! don't go to the store it is not worth your time and i have pictures to prove what It ! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾😡

I called for an inquiry that could give them more business but the sales representative that answered put me on hold for too long so I had to hang up bc I wasn’t being helped. Was this employee working alone? I suggest you hire more people.
