Wow! I literally walked in the door and by the time I hit the counter they were already looking for the item I inquired about. Great service like this is almost unheard of these days. Chris is amazing and honest. I went in today 10/19/2024 to pick up a cabin air filter and spark plugs. Meineke said I needed a tune-up so I bought spark plugs to do it myself. Chris showed me a report on the computer that said my plugs are good for 120k vs 69k. Thanks for educating me. I bought the cabin filter and Chris offered put it in for me. A true gentleman with great customer service.
