I just wanted to say that the help I received from Matt at the auto zone on Ming was amazing. I needed a new battery and he helped me find what would be best for my car. Then he helped me put the battery in my car!! I had my two young kids with me and was dreading trying to figure it out. This man went above and beyond with helping me I was so great full for the help I received, and I was able to focus on my fussy kids. Best customer service I have received in a while. Thank you. I will be coming back to this store!

Andy is definitely an amazing help! He greeted me as I walked in and helped changed the wiper blades on my vehicle. Anytime either I or one of my family members have came in, I have heard nothing but great things about the encounters with Andy! Will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic experience at store 3311, (Ming&Ashe). The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Vanessa had recommended a specialty tool for the repair. I’m glad I rented the tool from their rent a tool program. Made the job a lot easier than what it would have been. The parts are quality parts and the prices are very reasonable. I also appreciate how quick the process was. Highly recommend this place if your a DIY’er.👍🏼👍🏼
