My husband called ahead of time to reserve break pads, calipers, fluid and rags for me to come in and pick up. They told him they could hold them till 10:00pm at the latest. We went in the afternoon & found out that his order hadn’t been held or put into the system. “That was probably Richard” said Nick. Nick put in the order in the system & left us mid transaction. He said the rep next to him would finish us up (while he was with another customer & the store was clearly busy) Nick stands next to the rep let’s him know “he’s leaving, he should have been off an hour ago and had been there since 6:30” the rep says “okay” then finds out the parts that we need and says “oh god, Nick is a dick” ( or something close to that) he’s clearly annoyed and overwhelmed with all the phones ringing, other employees needing help while trying to take care of his client. He is now complaining to the other gal and telling her what Nick said she responds with “he’s suppose to be off at …like me” as if he had just wanted to get out of there. I could have misinterpreted it wrong. I gave this store two stars because of the time we spent there, the fact that our order wasn’t ready and it seemed like we had been pawned off to someone else who was visibly overwhelmed. Not my favorite experience.

I have bought parts from every single AutoZone in the state of Oregon does one store I asked him to pull parts and have them ready for me I'm rolling around with no brakes I asked him to pull the brakes and the calipers and have them ready for me instead of being okay and pulling the parts Hecox and attitude and tells me I can pick them up when I walk in Rick the manager has such an attitude that I will never shop at AutoZone again thank you Rick for taking a valued customer and making him never want to shop at your store again ever stay clear away from this store he hates his job if you hated it so much he should not be working there I am going to call corporate and complain about this because of his attitude I no longer want to shop with your store
