Rude, lazy, dishonest. Guy didn’t want to check my battery because there were only 2 clerks and 1 guy in the back (I was the only customer at the counter). Then he tells me its not possible to test it, because I don’t know the cold cranking amps off the top of my head. In other words he didn’t feel like typing in the make and model in the computer. Then informs me he cant change it with it being under the seat because of store policy, which I totally UNDERSTAND. But you should’ve seen how happy (and ridiculously rude) he was when he found out he wouldn’t have to do anything to else to help. Insane price too. Immediately found someone to install it for less than the their sale price. The bar for customer service these days is insanely low. but this guy nailed it. Rude.lazy. Dishonest.

You better know what you want and where to find it, if they even have it. Because these guys at this location are worthless. The kid that Looks like he just rolled out of bed after watching a spongebob bender, couldn't even order me a fog light for my truck. The manager always acts like he's doing something on the computer, but can't even type.Probably get better service at walmarts auto dept.

Jonathan was absolutely stellar. He was helpful in determining the problem with my battery, giving me options for how to proceed, and then installing my new battery. He got it done right and quickly and did his best to help me with my headlight before we realized I’ll have to take my bumper off. Really great service and great staff.
