AutoZone Auto Parts Customer Reviews

Nathan, an amazing worker there took the initiative to help me with my issue pertaining to my serpentine belt being replaced. I had some knowledge of how to replace it, but when he came out to help or at least see my serpentine belt, he also took the time to explain to me and take me through the process of replacing it. As I know little of cars, I trust he knows what he knows.

Had a great customer experience yesterday. I knew there was something wrong with my car, and although I arrived during busy time, the manager ( tall guy ) he did a thorough job with installing a new battery and made sure it was done well. He even pulled out a battery tray and fixed it a little bit so that battery would not bounce around. So grateful he helped me! Stores like autozone are a lifesaver especially during busy time of the year. Great customer service !!

David was so very helpful with getting me a battery and helping me install it. It was -2 degrees so I made sure to help him to make the process easier on him and go smoothly. Great experience, they always help me out good here. Thank you so much David!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at an Autozone! If it wasn't for Codi saving the day I would be permanently taking my auto parts business elsewhere. I went in yesterday to have my car battery checked and replaced. Dave, one of the two old men that were working, couldn't even hook up the battery reader correctly without my help and that should have been my clue to leave then. After determining I needed a new battery we went back in and purchased. He then told me to have a nice day and called the next customer up to check out. He was not going to replace my battery for me. It took, which it shouldn't have, my father calling the store to get someone out to help me. Ron, the manager and other OLD man, was a total dick to me in person and towards my father over the phone. Thankfully Codi was working and came out to help me. Of course the incapable old guys had to send the woman out to get the job done. I was not the only one Dave wasn't going to help as another woman was also replacing her battery and poor Codi had to help both of us. She absolutely saved the day replacing both of our batteries, explaining to us what she was doing while doing it. Let me tell you that girl deserves a raise, a promotion, and good holiday bonus. She is the only reason this review is any higher than one star, if it wasn't for her this would've been a negative star review for Mr. Ron and Dave.
