Fake customer complaints about someone with a true disability? Really? If there was an available handicap parking space, where was the other disabled customer who supposedly made the complaint? And since when did AutoZone start checking for disabled placards? Sounds like complete BS to me. Racially profiled while a paying customer is just trying to top off their oil—absolutely unacceptable. 🤷🏽‍♂️

3/15/25 went in to get headlights, went to the counter and the guy rudely said they are out in the isles, like I was supposed to know, then I looked up my own type I needed and went to the counter, 3 guys were stuffing their pre diabetic bodies with donuts and never came over to ring me up, after a couple minutes I left the lights on the counter and drove to o’Reilly’s auto parts in Cameron Park because the one in Placerville got burned down. O’Reilly’s auto parts seems to higher experienced employees that actually care about their experienced
