I can't even begin to tell you how helpful and friendly the staff is at the Fordham Road store. We arrived maybe an hour before closing . We had a headlight go out and that made it an emergency. Cops seem to want traffic tickets rather than pursue dangerous criminals and "Stoners" driving when they shouldn't!! We were floored. The staff was very young and friendly . They researched the part we needed and installed it for us. I highly recommend this store

Worst service ever. The techs onsite walk around as if there are no customer waiting. No one is courteous, to even say hello to entering clients, waited 15 minutes to be attended while 4 guys just walked around and play music...try returning something and they will give u a hard time all the way, and if the store manager is not onsite, then forget it, they won't even try to help. Terrible experience all around...
