I had to buy another new battery which should have been free because my old battery was only a few months old, but had a bad cell. But the guy put my battery in at nearly closing time, while it was raining with temps in the 40's. I know that's a service yall provide, but this guy was super cool about it and did a great job.

Walked in the door and stood in line for over 5 min with only one other costumer behind me as every employee walked past me not letting me know they would be with me in a min. There was even a guy at the counter who chose to make a phone call before telling me someone would be right with me.. so me and the gentleman behind me both walked over to Reilly auto part next door where I was immediately greeted with, "BE RIGHT WITH YOU"..
