I got robbed by the workers there, tried telling me the receipt says never coming back here again went in to do a simple return and older guy named Mark, only logged that I was returning 1 item instead of 4 & I didn’t realize it til I tried purchasing another item and tells me that after the returned “items” I have to still pay like $20, which didn’t make any sense cus the supposed returned “items” was supposed to be more than enough to cover the cost, even if there was a restocking fee, so I tell him that I don’t want to purchase the other items and that how is it possible that after a ≈$50 return, I have to pay $20 for items that add up to $30? And that there has to be an error and he tells me some nonsense that not even he believes, so I asked to look at the receipt and noticed he only returned 1 item and he tries desperately to convince me otherwise til I show him the SKU number for the items I brought in on my original receipt and how there is only one that matches one of the items, at this point his co worker comes and takes over the situation and sees that he was wrong all along, now mind you up til this point he never gave me any money cus he was so busy trying to make me believe that the receipt showed 4 items returned and 2 items purchased, all so he can get over on me one way or another. Because when his coworker came to look into the situation with the other 3 items she didn’t know who to believe, which is understandable so I tell her look at the cameras, and show me when he gave me the money and all she said was, well he says that he gave you the money, basically telling me that she rather go with his judgement after she just proved that his judgement was wrong, smh… they are thieves and wouldn’t be surprised if that whole crew is in on it. Don’t fall for the façade they present as friendly because as soon as you leave or are away from within earshot they start making jokes and laughing at yours and other ppls expense. Mark thinks I didn’t hear him call me dumb just because I asked him where I can locate an item and after checking the aisle I try to confirm with him the aisle he said, because I thought to myself maybe I heard the wrong aisle. Then when he gets done attending a couple he starts talking bad the lady and how she’s dumb too. If your not happy with your job then get another job, instead of making yourself feel better by putting other ppl down.

Online order pick-up was easy. I had to go back to buy an item in the store. They have a self checkout option. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

It’s a clear and customer friendly part are reasonable and they even have a reward system that every 100.00 dollars you spend they gave you 20.00 dollars free in store or online and I think that is great
