Worth driving past other AutoZone stores, to get personal & helpful service, with suggestions on crucial associated products, but without pressure to buy. It's comforting to know they are willing to turn over the sale to a more knowledgeable salesperson if needed, like to Eric the Manager. Exchanges are hassle free (if following their requirements, like having a receipt, undamaged items, etc.). Although this store is buried within a small strip mall, it's worth seeking it out. Sometimes these hidden gems are the best!

Staff has always been helpful and nice even when we had to leave out broken down vehicle in front of their store for 2 days when they could have towed it because there's absolutely no room in that parking lot. We really appreciated it and go to this autozone out of all of the rest in salem/keizer area.

The staff at this Autozone are great. My car broke down and I happened to limp to autozone. The car ended up being too far gone. But for the 2 days I spent working on it in front of their store, multiple employees came and helped me at different times.

Ordered parts through their delivery system in store, I was told with confidence the parts would arrive at 9am the next morning. When I arrived at the store at 9am I was told the truck was running a bit late should be about 10 to 1030am. I called them this time at 1030am this time i was told now they are not getting any deliveries till 230pm. Talk about lack of professional communication bettween the delivery office and the store. Not only am I delayed 2 days now on the car repair. But your store employees have to deal with a disappointed customer. I understand delays nothing is perfect but if a company is doing specific delivery times they should communicate this a day before. Not half way through the day.
