Ms. Michelle and Ms. Lenora are the best .I literally come to this Location ( passing by 2 closer locations to my house) because of them. They are very helpful, they are friendly, they recommend, and give knowledge on things if I'm not sure. They always give me and if I come in with one of my children, compliments. They are beautiful souls. They give me peace as I'm coming in, having to deal with my car problems. They are awesome. Thank you queens for your great customer service. 5stars for these ladies.

Tatiana and Bernard were so kind, thoughtful and generous. I needed to get a battery over to Meineke and Tatiana and Bernard were able to make the delivery happen for free along with the covers that go with the battery. The delivery was smooth, prompt, successful and in such a short period of time. I am so grateful and thankful for their kind attentive prompt service. It has saved me so much time and effort. I never do one star but this was literally the worst experience I ever had in retail. The old lady was clueless and worse, she had an awful attitude. Repeating "I don't know and I don't care. Don't show me anything just tell me what you want" is not a customer service. I didn't know what the piece was called and I took out my car and brought it to you means I need help. I went to one in Girard and it took less than a minute to find and buy.
