1 Star I just left this AutoZone location 10 minutes ago and had a terrible experience. I went in with a receipt from O'Reilly's to show the price difference on calipers, which I had to buy from them earlier for $57. AutoZone was charging almost $100 for the same part. I politely asked if they could price match or at least take a look at my receipt. I had it in my hand, clearly showing the details. The lady at the counter was extremely rude—she didn’t even look me in the face while talking, just kept staring around the store and said, “Well, that’s how we do stuff around here.” She completely ignored my receipt and wouldn’t even consider helping unless they called O’Reilly’s, even though everything was clearly listed. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I won’t be returning to this location again. I expected better customer service from AutoZone.

My son just got out of the hospital. His battery was dead. The manager jordan roberts had an employee jtcome and charge the battery for him. I can't say enough about how awesome they were.
