We needed our battery checked, and Barry came out to help us when we asked. Told us we needed a new one and helped figure out what’s the best one! He even helped us out by installing it because we didn’t have any tools! I would give him 10 stars if I could for costumer service!

Needed a 17mm wrench to tighten my sway bar link. Had my car on jacks and was just two blocks away on Buena Vista and Stetson. Called this AutoZone at 8:55 to let em know I'm bout to be sprinting down the street to get that tool to have the guy tell me they already locked the doors. Remember those AutoZone commercials where they stay open for the do it yourselfer? Lies! Flat out lies! Glad I called first instead of sprinting down to find some locked doors at 8:59, cause I'd have been heated:/ I wanna say O'Reilly's is better, but the truth is they're not. Ive gone into an O'Reilly's and asked to rent a tool then was talked out of it cause he said I didn't need it. Later found out there was no way to finish the job without that tool when the car was taken apart and everything was closed. Everything is trash, no one cares about customer service anymore and you're expected to order everything online and wait days to get your things. Deal with it cause it's only gonna get worse

Gregory went beyond our expectations. I needed a battery asap and he didn’t mind to help me out even though it was a bit late. I so much appreciate his help. He was friendly, courteous and funny! Definitely recommend this Autozone (Stetson).
