Level 3 they were open ,Fixed my bent windshield wipers & replaced them without me even asking, also gave me a can of de-icer with my purchase. These guys deserve a raise! I've been to every auto shop in Chillicothe & this is the place . I even get better service at autozone on western avenue than on bridge street. Thanks guys !

Everyone working the evening before the solar eclipse totally made our night! We were moments away from leaving to watch the solar eclipse in Northern Ohio, and our car had some minor issues pop up that made us nervous. They didn’t hesitate to come help us make sense of our vehicle and needs, and didn’t make us feel dumb for not really knowing what we were doing (or judging us for how dirty our cabin air filter was… it was very overdue for a change!). We troubleshooted some things until we found what we needed, and were on our way good as new in minutes!

I went to this AutoZone to get a headlight replaced on Saturday night, and the person in the grey shirt ignored me and continued to talk to his girlfriend since they were being lovey-dovey. I said ahem and the person in the red shirt was kind enough to help me. I don’t know if the red shirt guy was the manager but he acted more professional than the person in the grey shirt. Edit: This was Saturday the 18th.
