I had an extremely disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. I purchased a car battery two months ago, which came with a warranty. When the battery stopped working, I brought it back to the store, expecting them to honor the warranty. Instead, I was treated very poorly. The employee (who claimed to be the manager) was unprofessional and dismissive. After making me wait over an hour, he falsely claimed the battery was fine and insisted the issue was with my vehicle. I trusted his word, only to later confirm with my mechanic that the battery was indeed defective. This caused me to waste time, money, and effort transporting the battery back and forth. The employee's attitude and the poor service I received were unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way, especially when they’re seeking help with a product under warranty. I hope management looks into this and ensures no one else has to go through such a frustrating experience. I will fill complaint Better Business Bureau and AutoZone customer page

This AutoZone is great. thank you to lion he changed my wipers and battery today I was in and out in a Jiffy I can definitely see him as a mechanic. Thank you autozone I recommend this store to anyone with car troubles

I like this store! This guys did a great service for me! My battery died while I drove, I stopped by this store to buy a new battery, I bought and guys from this store replaced it in two minutes! Thank you, guys!

Awesome experience at this location Lion was the associate that helped me , he went over and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase I would definitely return to this location thank you so much Lion P you deserve a raise
