I went in to this autozone when I was having issues with the battery on my vehicle. An employee there named Samuel Aguilar was very helpful and exceeded any expectations I had with his great customer service. He helped me by testing my car battery and helped me find the correct replacement for it. He also offered me terminal protectors and grease packet to help with any further corrosion on my battery. I would go back to this location if I every need help replacing parts on my vehicle.

I must start by saying I typically am not an AutoZone customer, BUT when you blow a head gasket in the middle of nowhere you don't have much choice. I am SO happy we ended up at THIS store!! I would like to give a shout out to Jaun Mirada, you sir, are amazing and have WONDERFUL customer service!! The rest of the team was awesome as well and extremely understanding of our situation. Words can’t even begin to express how well of a service I received from a young man who works here named Rudy. I was having trouble turning on my car, grocery shopping at the dollar general next-door to the Autozone. I walked to the Autozone to see if I could get some help. As soon as I walked in this young gentleman, Rudy greeted me at the door and asked me if there was anything I was looking for or needed help with. You don’t see this type of customer service now a days especially with younger people. He explained in great detail how my battery could be the issue. He not only came with me back to the dollar general to test the battery on my car. He also explained the tiers of batteries and their warranties in great detail and I ended up going with the 5 year warranty gold battery. He also went out of his way to bring it all the way from the AutoZone to the Dollar General parking and install it for me. I would have given him a tip but he refused.
