AutoZone Auto Parts

I bought four batteries, and three of them were broken. When I went to return them, they refused to accept the refund and only allowed replacements. However, they said the store only had two, so they only replaced two. They asked me to go to another store to exchange the other two. The address is 9712 E Valley Blvd, Rosemead, CA 91770. The Asian employee in this store was very bad, rude, and very impatient. After testing with his instrument, he refused to acknowledge my test results. I asked for a replacement, but he refused to do so and said he would be fired if I did. He said the word "fired" loudly many times, then turned around and laughed with his colleagues, saying "are you kidding me". This is an online order. I have already complained about this incident on the autozone website, and attached all the pictures below as evidence

Haven’t jump starter for rental. Even with docs and deposit. 6 month before it was available. Also stuff doesn’t accept returns with original packaging and condition even in same day. What’s going on with AutoZone here?!

I came into this autozone (5475) and the manager eric had such great customer service and very knowledgeable on cars. He helped me out with a misfire problem I had and recommended me to do a couple checks and replace some parts. Highly recommend coming in and asking for his help.

Thank you Mario for checking my car battery! Always get a second or third opinion. Dealer said battery needed immediate changing. Got two other opinions afterwards and they both said battery was good.
