Staff is so friendly and helpful especially since I'm clueless when it comes to cars!! Ample parking is great! We've always gotten great products from them! Highly recommend!

I recently visited Autozone to pick up some wheel bearings and had a frustrating experience. The employee, Nick O, was quite rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. When I inquired about the wheel bearings, he mentioned they were at the warehouse in La Puente. I paid for them and asked if I could pick them up directly or if they would be available around 5 o'clock, as I was unsure if I would be notified. His response was vague and unhelpful, saying, "I think so," and when he consulted a colleague, the response was similarly unclear. Additionally, when I asked if I could pick up the parts at the warehouse myself to avoid waiting, Nick O. rudely declined. This experience is disappointing, especially considering Autozone has been a reliable part of my neighborhood for over 10 years. This was my first major issue with their customer service and staff.

Andrew and everyone else in this store are amazing people. Always helps out with everything, gives advice on how to do certain jobs and even is available to help out. Usually I’m on a weekly basis and I always look forward to going In knowing i will be greeted with a smile.
