Excellent Customer Service provided as usual by Manager Ms. Kayla Killian. When I scheduled my appointment, I was assigned to another Service Technician Rep. Once I arrived, the assigned service technician reassigned to me a trainee who starts his work within only 5 days in the company. Not sure if the trainee checked my car service history or not, he gave me an estimate of what service I informed them. Not knowing that my car needed to change my tires as it was getting old, aligned, and other needed services. A new Trainee should be accompanied by their trainer until they complete one client. Thanks to Ms. Kayla, she took over and the service needed was done perfectly... Thank you.

It was my brother who recommended me to buy a Honda car. He bought a Honda car for his wife. He told me that she has been driving it for more than ten years without any major breakdowns and it is comfortable and strong. I also bought a Honda HRV car. It was nice to receive them from the entrance. I recommend people who have seen comfort, strength and beauty to buy a Honda car

Excellent customer service! Provided a paid Uber to and from my home so I did not have to wait 4 hours at the store. Austin was awesome 👏🏼 in every aspect of my needs. My car was recalled and Austin helped me understand what was involved with the vehicle. Everything was excellent.

James was excellent service representative. He was kind and answered all my questions. He made sure my car was safe to drive by recommending I get new tires ASAP! He found me good tires at reasonable price + had them installed. I owe James my life. Rest of my car was in excellent drivable condition. I've been going to Honda East for over 15 yrs. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

On Monday, April 7,2025, I went to AutoNation Honda East dealership for my scheduled service. I had an appointment with Brooke West, the service advisor. I signed some paperwork, after which I had some coffee and waited for about 2 hours. I had some questions I had to ask and Brooke was kind enough to answer and explained things I needed to know about my vehicle. She was very courteous, polite, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I even had a complimentary car wash before I left. Overall, the Honda dealership is very clean, organized, and has staff who are very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help it’s customers. I am very pleased with my experience with this dealership.

I have been servicing my automobiles at Honda East for years. I've also purchased 3 cars there. They do a great job of providing friendly and efficient service. On my last servicing I was met by Jimere Davis who collected my information and escorted me to the waiting area. He explained the procedures and asked if I had any questions. He also informed me that James would be taking care of my servicing. In just a little over an hour my car was fully serviced and pronounced in good shape. James did an excellent job of getting me in and out in a very reasonable time but also making sure the car passed all of the requirements. These are competent, skilled technicians as well as consumer friendly people. I'd also like to give a shout out to the man who has sold my family 4 cars. Ken Schwartz is a fantastic salesman but an even better person. I trust him completely and won't buy a car from anyone but him.

My service experience at East Honda Las Vegas was excellent. My service advisor. Brooke was very nice and helpful with all the questions that I had ask her. I like the features of the chat and messaging which they add a photo or send a video of your car when they did the inspection. I will recommend everyone who reads this post to try and experience getting your car service here and look for Brooke or any service advisor they are all nice and helpful.
