They can be reached via phone at (207) 594-0945, with a mobile contact also provided at +1 207-594-0945.

The primary services offered by Automaster Collision Center, as implied by its name and confirmed by customer reviews, are centered around collision repair and related automotive body work. This includes a comprehensive range of services designed to address damage sustained from accidents. While a complete list isn't provided, typical services at a collision center would encompass: frame straightening and repair, to restore the vehicle's structural integrity; dent removal and panel replacement, addressing cosmetic and functional damage to the bodywork; automotive painting and color matching, ensuring a seamless finish that matches the original vehicle color; glass repair and replacement, for damaged windshields, windows, and mirrors; and mechanical repairs related to collision damage, which might include suspension, steering, or cooling system repairs affected by the impact. Beyond the direct repair work, Automaster Collision Center also clearly offers towing services, as evidenced by customer testimonials praising their "coolest towing fleets" and highly skilled drivers. This towing capability is a critical initial point of service for many customers involved in accidents, providing a vital link in the recovery process. While their primary focus is collision, it is common for collision centers to also perform some general auto repair services or partner with facilities that do, particularly if mechanical issues arise from the accident itself. However, their core specialization is clearly in collision and body work.

While specific details about the interior aesthetic and waiting area of Automaster Collision Center are not explicitly provided, a professional collision center typically maintains a clean, organized, and reassuring environment. The service bay area would be equipped with specialized tools and machinery for bodywork, painting, and frame repair, reflecting a significant investment in technology. The reception area is usually designed to be comfortable and efficient, providing a space for customers to discuss estimates, insurance claims, and repair timelines with knowledgeable staff. In collision repair, where customers are often distressed, a calm and empathetic environment is particularly important. The nature of the reviews, which highlight the helpfulness and kindness of staff, particularly Larry Oakes, suggests that the center cultivates a customer-centric atmosphere where compassion and support are prioritized, especially during a difficult time for the vehicle owner. The mention of "one of the coolest towing fleets" also points to a professional and well-maintained fleet, suggesting a commitment to quality even in their support services.

The features that distinguish Automaster Collision Center are strongly highlighted by the provided customer testimonials. Firstly, their towing fleet is a significant feature, described as "one of the coolest... I have ever seen," with the driver being "extremely good at his job." This speaks to their robust emergency response capabilities and the professionalism of their towing operators, which is crucial for immediate post-accident assistance. Secondly, the commendation of "Larry Oakes" illustrates an exceptional level of customer service and human kindness. Larry's actions—redirecting traffic, calling the police, and ensuring the customer's safety after a crash—go above and beyond typical service expectations. This highlights a key feature: a staff that is not only competent in their technical roles but also deeply empathetic and proactive in assisting customers during distressing situations. This level of personal care and concern for safety is a powerful differentiator. The repeated statement of willingness to "use their services again" despite unfortunate circumstances speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction customers place in Automaster Collision Center. Other general features expected from a reputable collision center, though not explicitly detailed in the reviews, would include: certified technicians specializing in collision repair; the use of advanced repair techniques and equipment (e.g., precise frame measuring systems, high-quality paint booths); direct communication with insurance companies to streamline the claims process; and a commitment to using high-quality replacement parts to ensure the durability and safety of the repair. Their ability to handle significant damage, as implied by the "totaled my vehicle" comment, further underscores their comprehensive repair capabilities.

As for promotional information, specific current promotions for Automaster Collision Center are not publicly available within the provided text. However, collision centers typically engage in various forms of promotion to attract customers, particularly during their time of need. Common promotional strategies in this industry include: offering free repair estimates, allowing customers to understand the scope and cost of damage without obligation; guarantees or warranties on repair work, providing peace of mind regarding the quality and durability of the repairs; assistance with insurance claims, which can be a significant benefit to customers navigating complex paperwork; and sometimes, partnerships with local towing services or rental car companies to offer a seamless experience. Given the nature of collision repair, much of their business might come from referrals from insurance companies, emergency services, and satisfied previous customers. Local advertising, online presence, and word-of-mouth through exceptional customer service (as demonstrated by the Larry Oakes review) are also highly effective promotional tools for such businesses. My run-in with Larry Oakes recently reassured me that this world and our state are filled with kind, helpful, and amazing people. Unfortunately, I was involved in a single-car crash that totaled my vehicle; fortunately, Larry was driving directly behind me. After the crash, while I was still dazed, Larry lept into action - redirecting traffic, calling the police, and making sure I was safe. I am certain I would have been stuck by oncoming traffic had Larry not stopped to help. He did not have to stop; he did not have to help, but I am so grateful that he did. We need more people in the world like Larry Oakes! - Mike Hagerty

Towed out 15 minutes after my call. I already have an appointment to have it repaired. They even take care of the insurance paperwork!

Porous exhaust welds. I have a quote from my dealer of purchase and they told me whoever did this had no business handling a welder. That it needs to be ground off and re-welded. It’s not even what I asked for to begin with, and I was way overcharged. 460 for a res delete? What a joke. They didn’t coat the metal either, so it is the only part of my exhaust that’s started turning brown
