Automart Nationwide, Inc. Introduce

Located at 160 25th Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160, USA, Automart Nationwide, Inc. operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, primarily serving as an auto parts store. They can be contacted via phone at (630) 812-2888 or +1 630-812-2888. As an auto parts supplier, their core business revolves around providing various vehicle components to customers in the Melrose Park area and potentially beyond, given the "Nationwide" in their name.

Environment and Facilities

As an auto parts store, Automart Nationwide, Inc. would typically feature a retail environment designed for the display and sale of automotive components. Customers would likely find aisles stocked with a variety of parts, including engine components, brake systems, electrical parts, filters, and possibly accessories. The store would have a counter or service desk where customers can inquire about parts, place orders, and make purchases. The back-end of the facility would presumably consist of a warehouse or storage area to hold a large inventory of parts. An organized system for part retrieval and dispatch would be essential for their operations. The environment would prioritize efficient access to parts. Given its location in a commercial area, adequate parking for customer vehicles would be expected, facilitating convenient pick-up of parts.

Services Offered (Goods for Sale and Corresponding Services)

Automart Nationwide, Inc., as an "Auto Repair Station" that functions as an auto parts store, primarily offers a range of goods for sale, which include:

  • Replacement Auto Parts: Selling various new or used (depending on their business model) parts for different vehicle makes and models. This typically covers major vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, and exhaust.

  • Vehicle Components: Providing specific components needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Beyond the direct sale of parts, an auto parts store often provides basic associated services, although the extent of these can vary. These might include:

  • Part Look-up and Fitment Assistance: Helping customers identify the correct part for their specific vehicle by utilizing catalogs or computer systems.

  • Order Placement: Taking orders for parts that may not be immediately in stock.

It is important to note that, unlike a full-service auto repair station, an auto parts store does not typically perform vehicle repairs or installations. Their role is to supply the necessary components for either DIY mechanics or professional repair shops.

Key Features

Based on the provided customer feedback, a perceived key feature of Automart Nationwide, Inc. appears to be their **pricing strategy**, with one reviewer mentioning "cheap parts." However, this is presented in conjunction with significant concerns regarding other aspects of their business. Another intended feature, as is common with auto parts stores, would be the **availability of a wide range of vehicle components**. However, customer reviews indicate challenges with part accuracy, as discussed below. The "Nationwide" in their name might imply a broader reach for sourcing or distributing parts, but without further information, this remains speculative. In the context of the negative reviews, the reported **poor customer service** and a **lack of accountability for mistakes** emerge as prominent, albeit undesirable, features of their operational approach.

Customer Feedback and Promotional Information

Customer feedback for Automart Nationwide, Inc. is highly critical, raising significant concerns about various aspects of their operation. One review explicitly states: "On top of having cheap parts and poor customer service, they pay more attention to their racist political propaganda than they do their customers." This review points to severe issues not only with the quality of service and parts but also introduces a concerning allegation regarding the business's public conduct or display of political views that are described as "racist."

A second review elaborates on operational problems: "Even when you give them the correct vehicle information they quote and ship the wrong side or style and after you have sold the job to your customer they tell you that there is nothing they can do, beware they will never take responsibility for their own mistakes. Even when you ask for a manager they tell you they are not available and they will call you back but no response. BEWARE!!!!!" This detailed feedback highlights critical issues such as:

  • Incorrect Part Provision: Despite receiving correct vehicle information, the store reportedly quotes and ships the wrong parts (e.g., wrong side or style).

  • Lack of Responsibility: Customers report that the business "will never take responsibility for their own mistakes," leaving customers in a difficult position after a job has been promised to their own clients.

  • Poor Management Accessibility: Attempts to reach a manager for resolution are reportedly met with unavailability and unfulfilled promises of callbacks.

These reviews collectively paint a picture of a business with significant challenges in terms of product accuracy, customer service, and accountability. The severity of the accusations and the lack of resolution described are notable.

Regarding promotional information, no specific promotions or positive aspects that would typically serve as promotional material are available or highlighted in the provided customer feedback or business description. Given the nature of the reviews, any potential promotional efforts would be heavily overshadowed by the reported operational deficiencies and customer dissatisfaction. For local users in Melrose Park, it is important to consider the expressed concerns regarding product accuracy, customer service, and business practices when deciding whether to utilize Automart Nationwide, Inc. for their auto parts needs. Direct contact via their phone numbers would be the only way to inquire about their current inventory or policies, but potential customers should be aware of the serious issues raised by past customers.

Worst customer service ever! They do not acknowledge the customers infront of them, especially the fat guy with glasses he just stares. The worst! Good prices but not worth waiting and hour to get help smh!!!!

Not helpful. Never sent email as requested to set up new account. Customer service is not good especially when dealing with new customers. That was just one problem among others. Our company spends over 50k a month on auto parts at other vendors. Sad to see companies not being run with the right training and leadership.

Customer service is truly awful. The girl who answered the phone was rude and not knowledgeable. I asked to speak to someone else and she would not. If you want to lose money keep on using staff like her.
