Autohause Engine Introduce
Autohause Engine, located at 546 W 1st St, Rialto, CA 92376, operates within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, presumably offering services related to engine repair, rebuilds, and possibly the sale of auto parts. However, an objective introduction based on the provided customer reviews indicates significant and concerning issues regarding their service quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Their phone number is (951) 525-8189.
The environment at Autohause Engine, as portrayed by the customer reviews, is consistently described in highly negative terms, leading to a profoundly unsatisfactory customer experience. Rather than a professional and reassuring atmosphere, customers report encountering:
- Extreme Delays and Lack of Progress: Vehicles are reportedly kept for excessively long periods—"about a year more now" and from "February 2024 to end of August 2024" (referencing a timeframe that has since passed, indicating a protracted issue). This suggests a severe lack of efficiency and potentially a backlog of work.
- Lack of Accountability and Responsibility: Customers state that "Richard and Rick don’t take any responsibilities" for the prolonged delays or recurring issues. This points to a culture where accountability for service failures is absent.
- Prevalence of Excuses Over Results: Reviews highlight that the company is "great at giving excuses, but no results," indicating a failure to address problems effectively or provide tangible solutions.
- Recurring and Unresolved Issues: Customers report that initial repairs, such as engine rebuilds, lead to new or persistent problems like "bad oil leak" and "overheated a week after we picked it up." Subsequent attempts at repair reportedly fail to resolve the core issues, with the oil leak "still there, but even worse than before."
- Questionable Practices Regarding Warranty: A serious accusation is made that the company is "just keeping it parked on the street without doing anything so that the warranty expires." If true, this represents a highly unethical and potentially illegal practice designed to avoid obligations.
- Dishonesty and Lack of Trustworthiness: Customers explicitly state, "they are dishonest and not trustworthy." This is a severe indictment, implying a fundamental breakdown of trust in their business practices and intentions.
- Significant Financial Loss and No Resolution: One customer reports spending "over $6500 with them and still we don’t have our car repaired," indicating a substantial financial investment without any positive outcome.
Overall, the described environment is one of frustration, prolonged waits, broken promises, and a pervasive sense of being misled and financially exploited. It is imperative for potential customers to be aware of these significant concerns before considering any business with Autohause Engine.
Based on the name "Autohause Engine" and the provided reviews, the business primarily purports to offer services related to automotive engines, specifically:
- Engine Rebuilds: One customer explicitly mentions having a "2017 Hyundai Santa Fe engine rebuilt" at this facility. However, the subsequent narrative details severe and persistent issues with this rebuild.
- Engine Repair: The nature of the complaints, including oil leaks and overheating, falls under general engine repair. The implication is that they attempt to fix these issues.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: The claim of diagnosing and replacing a "broken belt" and 'finding' an oil leak suggests they perform diagnostic work, although the effectiveness of these diagnoses and subsequent repairs is severely questioned by the customer experiences.
While these services are ostensibly offered, the customer feedback strongly indicates that the execution of these services is critically flawed, leading to recurring problems, extensive delays, and a failure to resolve the underlying issues, even after multiple attempts and significant financial outlay. The reviews suggest a fundamental deficiency in their technical competence and commitment to delivering functional repairs.
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, the "features" that unfortunately distinguish Autohause Engine from reputable "Auto Repair Stations" include:
- Lack of Accountability: A pervasive unwillingness of staff (specifically Richard and Rick) to take responsibility for problems or delays.
- Chronic Delays: Vehicles being held for exceptionally long periods, extending for months and even over a year, without work being completed or issues resolved.
- Ineffective and Recurring Repairs: Initial repairs failing to fix problems, leading to new or worse issues, necessitating multiple, unsuccessful return visits.
- Poor Communication and Excuse-Making: A tendency to provide excuses rather than deliver results or transparent updates on repair progress.
- Questionable Ethical Practices: The serious accusation of intentionally delaying work to expire warranties raises significant concerns about their business ethics.
- Significant Financial Risk to Customers: Customers are reported to have spent substantial amounts of money with no resolution, leading to considerable financial loss and continued vehicle non-functionality.
- Low Customer Trust: The explicit statements of "dishonest and not trustworthy" are a critical feature, signifying a complete erosion of customer confidence.
These reported characteristics stand in stark contrast to the expected features of a reputable auto repair service, which typically include honesty, timely service, effective repairs, and transparency.
No positive promotional information, such as discounts, special offers, or value propositions, can be objectively derived from the provided customer reviews. Instead, the customer feedback serves as a severe warning to any potential clients considering Autohause Engine. The consistent message is to "Save yourself time and money with this company. They’re the worst." and to "stay away from them." The reviews implicitly advise against engaging with this business due to:
- Risk of Financial Loss: The reported expenditure of "over $6500" without a repaired car highlights a significant financial hazard.
- Risk of Prolonged Vehicle Downtime: The lengthy periods vehicles are held without resolution indicate that customers will be without their transportation for extended, indefinite periods.
- Risk of Ineffective Repairs: The recurring issues and worsening problems suggest that any money spent may not lead to a lasting solution.
- Risk of Unethical Practices: The accusation regarding warranty expiration should be a major red flag for anyone considering their services.
Therefore, for local users in Rialto, CA, who are seeking "Auto Repair Stations" services, the available information regarding Autohause Engine strongly recommends exercising extreme caution or seeking alternative providers to avoid potential negative experiences similar to those reported by current and former customers.

Save yourself time and money with this company. They’re the worst. I wish I would never done any kind of business with them. They had my engine for about year more now and Richard and Rick don’t take any responsibilities for it. They’re great at giving excuses, but no results stay away from them

Very poor service, had 2017 hyundai Santa Fe engine rebuilt and from the day we got it back it had bad oil leak to which the claimed it was old oil that wasn’t cleaned off the underbody plate, we had entire engine and chassis pressure washed and oil leak continued, to make things worse engine overheated a week after we picked it up, they took it back and replaced broken belt that they claimed to have been the cause, at same time they said they found oil leak and had me spend more money in parts and labor, after a month we got our car back only to have the oil leak still there, but even worse than before so we sent it back to them on a tow truck. This ordeal began in February 2024 and its now end of August 2024 and the haven’t even worked on our car… I believe they are just keeping it parked on the street without doing anything so that the warranty expires… I do NOT recommend these people to anyone, they are dishonest and not trustworthy… we’ve spent over $6500 with them and still we don’t have our car repaired . I would give them zero stars if it was possible.
