Honest, fast and professional mechanics. Brought my 05’ Scion here for an oil change, and the car was ready even before the estimated time. The team also ran a safety check on the car and noticed issues with the tire valves. All in all, prices were very fair and customer service was incredibly courteous.

Had Tire Rack send some tires here, dropped by the next day in the morning. They told me two tires were still good and helped me return the unneeded tires to Tire Rack. Mounted the others. Price was very fair. Front desk and the technician I spoke with were friendly. Will return for other work when needed.

Absolutely the best for German cars! They are very thorough and trustworthy. They stand behind their work and will not try to upsell anything. Everyone I’ve dealt with in the office & on the floor is great. The ONLY mechanic in Manhattan that I will go to.

Very expensive. Will not return. Nickel and dime fees that are not disclosed at time of estimate. Reported to better business bureau. No attempt at service recovery when issues brought to attention of manager.
