Auto Wrench 2.0 Automotive Repair

Michael has had my vehicle since June of 2024. He kept saying it would be done soon. As of last month, he won’t take my calls or return my messages. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. BTW, he did this to another of my vehicles back in June. Had it for a month and did nothing to it.

They need to have -5 Stars..👎 Places is horrible they don't call or update you on anything ..Had my car for over a week didn't even fix what it was there for ..Didn't give me no diagnostic print out basically paid them $65 to have my car for a week . Definitely take your business elsewhere.

BE AWARE. Set up an appointment for 7:30 on the dot and was ready to get my car work done in a couple hours—only to be told that the service techs don’t come in til 8:30. What business makes appointments earlier than when service starts? Please take note of your time. I unfortunately had to drive an hour there and an hour back because I couldn’t waste more of my personal work time waiting for their arrival 🙃

I highly recommend Auto Wrench because they saved me thousands of dollars. I had gone to a local dealership and a local auto repair and they both had quoted me in the thousands to repair my AC and brakes. My husband suggested getting a third quote. So we took it to Auto Wrench 2.0 and I paid way less than I expected. I was shocked when the mechanic was able to repair my AC. I was also able to get my front and rear brakes done. Would not recommend for a/c repairs. I went to have my car a/c looked at, and they told me in was the fan clutch and valve. They were going to charge me over $500 for repairs. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and found out that neither of the parts was bad. It was a different part. If they tested my a/c properly, they would have found the right part to fix. So either the machanic was lazy or clueless or both!
