Auto Rim Shop

I received a scratched and used wheel rim. I am glad I ordered only one for my 2017 BMW X3. It should be come clean and better in protection box with delivery option. I sent email with all photos and asked them some discount for this issue but they offered me another one when they receive this ones. My car was at mechanic store waiting for a wheel rim about 5 days. I couldn’t wait another 5-10 days to get another one. I’m not happy with their quality and customer service. I’ll never use this company anymore.

I have purchased rims through this company. Three of them ended up cracking within a short amount of time. That seems like pretty poor quality control. First I thought it was just a fluke but then it happened again and again. I reached out to them and they told me that they would work with me on some exchanges but after I submitted all of the documentation and pictures they asked for, they ghosted me. I made phone calls to reach out to them again and was always told that they were going to look into the situation further and would get back to me but no one ever did. It seemed like such a great deal and the wheels looked great, but they did not hold up.

Order a BMW x7 rear wheel in black finish and was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days but it took them like 13 days to ship the item out and when i received the item it looked awful not original black it was spray paint and you can still see the silver color under the black paint open a return request first day I got it and sent it back they received the rim and no refund yet it’s been 16 days and i emailed and called customer service is just terrible. I had to do a dispute with me bank let’s see where this will take me because this is not acceptable at all DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BAD REPUTATION AND SERVICE. They really don’t want to refund anyone after they receive the return back.

I ordered a replacement rim for my 2018 Chevy Traverse LT. The rim arrived in a timely manner. When I took it to my tire shop for installation, they spun it and found that it had a slight bend in it. I called customer support and they were very helpful and give me specific instructions about returning the rim with a promise that a replacement would be shipped as soon as I started the return of the first rim. I returned the rim following the specific instructions on their website. To my surprise, the replacement was shipped the next day. When I received the replacement rim, I took it to my tire shop, they spun it and said it was perfect. I was disappointed with the first rim but the replacement was perfect, the customer support was great and there was no hassle. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the first rim being bad. I would use this supplier again.

I needed a tire for my daughters Nissan Versa. The order process was super easy! They knew the tire I needed right away and the shipping was incredibly fast! I was able to install it with no issues and rest assured that my daughter is safe while driving!

Awful experience. Ordered a replacement wheel and it came damaged. The company was not willing to send me a new wheel until I shipped this one back, and the boxes they use are too flimsy making it impossible to return since it got so beat up during shipping. I ended up forking out another $400 for another wheel so I could get it in time for my appointment at the tire shop and would have a box to use to ship the damaged one back. Total lack of quality and customer service.
