Absolutely awful service from this location as well as the call center. I ordered a front bumper cover which I picked up on Wednesday, February 28th, it was dropped off at the body shop. The next day February 29th the bodyshop opened it, they showed pictures of bends and waves in the bumper that they stated were manufacture defects and freight mishandling. And the 1-800 number was called and they stated that there was a 30 day return refund policy and that they would order a new bumper. I was called by the Pennsauken location where they stated that the bumper has arrived, and when I let them know the situation, they immediately said that once a part leave the store, there is no taking it back, yet clearly they have a 30 day return policy posted as well as this additionally, being stated by the call-center even though I still have the originally purchased bumper, it’s original packaging, and receipt. I was told that I need to purchase the second bumper, and they would not accept the return of the originally purchased bumper even though it was now March 1st and their part is defective and have a 30 day return policy but don’t honor it whatsoever. Horrible service, can’t return a part within 3 days even though you have a 30 day policy. That’s just criminal.

I went to pick up my parts on The Back warehouse the guy that picks up the items was very rude. It was my first time there so I was saying hello to see who was back there so the guy got offended when he came back told me oh you don't need to be calling people I'm on point I know my job and I was left Clueless

Don't go to the store customer service sucks. They don't let you return the parts even though you didn't open. It says you have a 30-day warranty with the original package. You better off going to Philly in my experience.
